Investment Analyst - Internship

Broadgate Asset Management is a real estate investment management firm operating as an investor and partner to global real estate capital. With great passion, we operate across the entire real estate spectrum and create value through active asset management and property development. You will be part of an entrepreneurial environment working within the investment management team on various projects across our real estate platforms.

Role Description

• Perform market research, financial modeling, presentations, industry and company analysis
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities from a strategic and financial perspective
• Participate in all aspects of a deal cycle
• Conduct various other tasks and assist on internal topics

Profil

• Broadgate seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn, relentless drive and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors
• Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills including financial analysis and modelling
• Team player with good communication skills with a genuine interest in business and real estate
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous work experience is a requirement
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate- or master student
