Growth Marketing and Brand Intern - L'AURA

L'AURA was created with one simple idea: Wellness shouldn't feel complicated.

We believe wellness should feel simple, consistent and easy to maintain. That's why we create liposomal supplements that make it easier to build a routine you'll actually stick to.

Since launching earlier this year, L'AURA has grown into selected Swedish retailers and continues to expand through our own online store. As we enter an exciting new chapter with new product launches this autumn, we're looking for our first Growth Marketing & Brand Intern to join our team.

About the role

You'll work directly with our founder and be involved in many different parts of the business. No two days will look the same, but your focus will include:

• Content & Brand: Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and email, writing captions and helping plan our content calendar.
• Creators & Community: Coordinating creator partnerships, supporting UGC collaborations and helping grow our community.
• Growth Marketing: Supporting product launches, campaigns and email marketing while ttesting new ideas, analysing results and identifying opportunities for growth.
• E-commerce & Insights: Helping optimise our Shopify store, analysing performance and using data to understand what works and how we can improve.

• You have a strong eye for aesthetics and branding.
• You enjoy creating content and telling stories.
• You're proactive and enjoy bringing ideas to the table.
• You're curious about what drives results and enjoy turning insights into better ideas.
• You have an interest in marketing, e-commerce and entrepreneurship.
• You love wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands.
