Creative Internship

We are looking for an intern who can support and help us develop our new marketing strategy and implement it in practice this autumn. Our goal is to strengthen our social media presence, create engaging events and other physical opportunities, and expand our operations.

About The Leadership Institute "Ledarinstitutet"

We conduct leadership training, board and management group development, and organizational assessments. We work with many large and influential organizations—our target audience is leaders within civil society in Sweden. We are a consulting firm with unique expertise in our industry and target audience. We care deeply about each other and our clients and are committed to helping them succeed in achieving their members’ goals.

We are based in Stockholm, and our working language is Swedish, both internally and in our marketing.

What you will do and who you are

You are excited to work across the entire communication and marketing process—from strategy to implementation of our digital marketing strategy, development of our website, and creating content for our digital platforms. We will jointly agree on what your tasks will be during the internship based on your education, your interests and our needs. We will work together, it will be an interesting journey this autumn!

You are independent and take initiative. You are social and flexible, moving effortlessly between strategic and operational tasks and enjoying challenges. You have a strong interest in and skills in digital design and content creation. You are a creative thinker with a sense of humor!
